    Waltersmith’s modular refinery expected to commence production this September in production-starved Nigeria

    Independent producer Waltersmith Petroman Oil of Nigeria is set to start production at its 5,000 bpd modular refinery in Nigeria’s Iwo state later this month. This is the first phase of a planned two-phase plan expected to add a total capacity of 30,000 bpd once completed, possibly by 2022.
