China's Hengyi Petrochemical Delays Start-up of Brunei Refinery
China's Hengyi Petrochemical Co has delayed the start-up of its 160,000-barrels-per-day (bpd) refinery in Brunei to late 2017.
The refinery was initially expected to start up next year, but this has now been delayed, said PC Huang, company director, on the sidelines of an industry conference.
Hengyi Petrochemical Co, a wholly-owned unit of the east China-based group, plans to source of its crude supplies from oil major Royal Dutch Shell, the company has said.
