Sinochem to add ethylene complex to Quanzhou oil refinery

(Reuters) Sinochem will add an ethylene complex to its Quanzhou oil refinery, company vice president Zhang Wei told Reuters on the sideline of a chemical conference.
Zhang said its 12 MMtpy Quanzhou refinery has been operating above 90% capacity so far this year, a level to be maintained throughout the year.
